SHIPPING/RETURNS:

Shipping of all aluminum fuel tanks and auxiliary fuel systems are FOB from our manufacturing plant in Mansfield, Texas. All purchases from our online store are sent prepaid freight. All aluminum auxiliary fuel tanks and fuel systems are shipped LTL (Less than Truckload). Any items small and light enough will be shipped via UPS.

To save money & time, we recommend shipping to a commercial address or freight dock pickup. Residential shipments generally cost double the amount of a standard commercial delivery or freight dock pick-up.  During the checkout process, you will have to option to choose your shipping method. If you choose freight dock pick up, we will contact you with terminal information and tracking number. The freight terminal will then contact you when your shipment arrives. We will try to use a carrier as close to you as possible.

We generally try to get your order ready for shipment as fast as possible. On average, we get a shipment out the door in approximately 7 to 9 business days. With that being said, we can be at the mercy of our suppliers as well. We cannot guarantee you will receive your order on an exact date. We do not control the shipping lanes in or out of our plant. If we had a magic wand or working teleport, we would use them. We would rather get your order out the door fast as possible, than delay it for any reason.

If your order is damaged for any reason, you must notify the shipping company immediately. Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories, Inc. is not responsible, nor able to file freight claims against the freight companies. Any missing or damaged shipments must be noted at the time of delivery with the carrier. It is the customer’s responsibility to file a claim against the carrier. Claims for errors in shipping must be made with 5 days of receipt of receiving the shipment.

Any order returned by the customer is subject to a 15% restocking fee. The customer will also be responsible for all freight charges associated with the return. Prior to returning any product, a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) number must be given by Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories. Receiving an RGA or refund is not guaranteed. These are given by a case by case basis.

Aluminum Tank & Truck Accessories, Inc. will never sell, share, or trade any customer’s information. We don’t like Spammers or junk mail either. We only give your address and phone number to the freight company for shipping purposes only. ATTA, Inc will do whatever is in our power to protect the customer’s information from theft or annoying junk mail.
